A new week

Thank all the gods that last week is over!  May I never again have one like it.  Stress about my husband's job, a friend's impending divorce and general chaos made it a lot like trying to walk on eggshells. We're tired, stressed and poor Gavin had to be dragged all over the place while sick since I couldn't take him home.

I am going to spend an hour or so meditating.  I'm clearing out the energetic cobwebs, re-framing my my perception and getting some rest before I fall down.
